1. EXCLUSIVE CATEGORY PROTECTION

The Social Infusion maintains exclusivity by accepting only one business per industry category to protect the investment value of all business members and prevent direct competition within our community partnership program.

2. MARKETING MATERIALS POLICY

Business members will provide logo, website link, and advertising text upon enrollment. All marketing materials remain consistent for 90-day minimum periods to ensure adequate brand exposure and professional presentation. Revisions are permitted only at 90-day intervals.

3. PAYMENT AND PARTNERSHIP CONTINUITY  

Due to limited partnership capacity, consistent monthly payments are required for partnership maintenance. Late or missed payments result in immediate partnership termination and category exclusivity forfeiture to maintain program integrity and fairness to waiting businesses.

4. PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

All business members agree to maintain professional standards in their community interactions and uphold the quality reputation of The Social Infusion community.
